Start with a hearty round loaf of bread (pumpernickel, sour dough, artisan) - hollowed and layered with mounds roast vegetables, cheeses, deli meats and salad vegetables and you have a sandwich big enough for 4 or guaranteed to stuff 2! That, and your choice of date squares/ brownies/ oatmeal raisin cookies are readied in a picnic basket ( to be returned please) that includes a bottle of wine, bottled water and tea, coffee or hot chocolate in a thermos. $50.00 per couple - 48 hours notice is appreciated |
